Infrastructure is defined as code in Terraform or Pulumi. Grafana, Prometheus and Sentry handle monitoring. Our FinOps (cloud cost) reviews typically find 25 to 40% of cloud spend that can be recovered. Once you are live, our managed services team can take over operations.

Cloud & DevOps: good to know

How is this different from managed services?

This is the build and ship side: migration, pipelines and infrastructure as code. Managed services is the operate side: monitoring, patching and on-call around the clock. Most engagements start here and hand off there.

Can you migrate us without downtime?

For most workloads, yes. We re-platform with a rehearsed cutover and a tested rollback. The exact approach is scoped against your architecture during discovery. We will not promise zero downtime in a proposal before we have seen it.

Do we need Kubernetes yet?

Often not yet. Managed containers or plain virtual machines carry a fraction of the operational burden and serve most teams under a few dozen services. We will tell you when the complexity starts paying for itself.
