Cloud & DevOps: good to know

How is this different from managed services?
This is the build and ship side: migration, pipelines and infrastructure as code. Managed services is the operate side: monitoring, patching and on-call around the clock. Most engagements start here and hand off there.
Can you migrate us without downtime?
For most workloads yes, using a re-platform approach with a rehearsed cutover and a tested rollback. We scope the exact approach against your architecture during discovery rather than promising zero downtime in a proposal.
Do we actually need Kubernetes?
Often not yet. Managed containers or plain virtual machines carry a fraction of the operational burden and serve most teams under a few dozen services. We will tell you when the complexity starts paying for itself.
