Mobile Apps

Mobile app development

Customer apps and field-operations apps from one codebase, synced to your back office in real time or offline-first.

The short answer

webbox builds cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter and Expo, mostly for operational teams: warehouse barcode scanning, field sales order-taking, delivery apps with proof of delivery, and shop-floor production capture, alongside customer-facing apps. One codebase ships to iOS and Android, and everything syncs to your ERP in real time or offline-first where the signal is not reliable.

How we deliver

What the work involves

Warehouse & inventory

Barcode scanning, pick, pack, ship and cycle counting, synced to your ERP's inventory so stock is never a day behind.

Field sales

Order taking, catalogue browsing and route planning that keeps working with no signal and syncs the moment one returns.

Delivery & logistics

Driver apps with proof of delivery, route optimization and live tracking, wired into your delivery orders.

Shop-floor capture

Production and quality data captured at the machine rather than reconstructed from memory at the end of a shift.

Customer apps

Consumer and B2B customer apps sharing logic and design with your web product, published under your developer accounts.

Offline-first architecture

Local storage, conflict resolution and background sync designed properly, because that is where field apps usually fail.

Questions buyers ask

Mobile Apps: good to know

Flutter or Expo?
Both ship one codebase to iOS and Android. We lean Flutter for heavier native integration such as barcode and RFID hardware or aggressive background sync, and Expo when the app is more standard and we want the fastest iteration.
Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes, under your developer accounts so you own the listings. We also handle the review rejections, which on a first submission are close to a certainty.
