The challenge

A growing DTC brand's storefront buckled during sales spikes and was slow to change. Every campaign meant a developer ticket and a wait.

What we did

We moved the front end to a fast headless stack, kept the commerce backend, and gave marketing a content model they could edit without engineering. Performance budgets were set from day one.
