In brief

webbox builds subscription and usage-based billing on Stripe and Razorpay. We set up plans and trials, mid-cycle proration, tax handling and dunning for failed payments. Entitlements are enforced inside the application, so a downgraded account loses the feature. When pricing is usage-based, we also build the metering pipeline. A wrong bill costs you a customer's trust before it costs you revenue.

Stripe or Razorpay?
Razorpay when you bill Indian customers and need UPI, netbanking and local mandates. Stripe when your revenue is largely international. Plenty of products run both, split by the customer's billing country, and we build for that case regularly.
