ERP · Move off the old system without losing the history.

Legacy ERP migration

The short answer

webbox migrates companies off legacy ERP, Tally or spreadsheet-based operations onto a modern platform. We map every source field to a destination, clean and de-duplicate masters, reconcile opening balances and open transactions against the old system, run at least one full rehearsal, and cut over on a weekend with a tested rollback plan.

What you get

How it works

Field-level mapping

Every source field mapped to a destination and signed off before extraction, so surprises happen on paper rather than at cutover.

Reconciliation first

Opening balances, stock valuation and open transactions tied back to the legacy system before anyone goes live on the new one.

Rehearsed cutover

A full dry run against production-scale data, a timed cutover window and a rollback plan you have actually seen work.

Questions

Legacy ERP migration: FAQ

Can we keep our transaction history?
Usually yes, and where a full history migration would be disproportionately expensive we keep the legacy system available read-only for the statutory retention period instead. Both options get costed during discovery.
How much downtime should we plan for?
Most SMB cutovers fit in a weekend. We rehearse the whole sequence against real data first, so the number we give you before the window is one we have already measured.
