We clean up master records and remove duplicates, then check opening balances and open transactions against the old system. We run at least one full rehearsal, and cut over on a weekend with a tested rollback plan.

Legacy ERP migration: FAQ

Can we keep our transaction history?
Usually, yes. When moving the full history would cost far more than it is worth, we keep the old system open read-only for the statutory retention period. We price both options during discovery.
How much downtime should we plan for?
Most SMB cutovers fit in a weekend. We rehearse the whole sequence against real data first, so the number we give you before the window is one we have already measured.
