Why do our two existing reports disagree?
Almost always because they define the metric differently, filter differently, or snapshot at different times, rather than because the data is wrong. The first thing we do is find which, and that alone resolves a surprising number of engagements.
Can you report across ERP and CRM together?
Yes, and that is usually where the value is. Pipeline from the CRM against delivered revenue from the ERP in one view is the report most leadership teams are missing.
