webbox builds business intelligence dashboards on Power BI, Metabase and Looker Studio. The dashboards read from a shared data model. They do not query raw tables directly, and that is what keeps two dashboards from showing different revenue. The order of work is fixed. First we agree metric definitions with the people who use them. Then we build the model. The dashboard comes last.

Why do our two existing reports disagree?
Almost always, the data is fine. The reports define the metric differently, apply different filters, or take their snapshot at different times. Our first step is to find out which. In a surprising number of cases, that alone settles it.
Can you report across ERP and CRM together?
Yes, and that is usually where the value is. The report most leadership teams are missing puts CRM pipeline next to delivered revenue from the ERP, in one view.
