The challenge
An in-house Odoo implementation had stalled for over a year. Standard modules didn't match the company's pricing and stock-reservation rules, and the team had reverted to spreadsheets.
What we did
We audited the existing build, kept the universal 80% of Odoo untouched, and wrote upgrade-safe Python addons for priority stock reservation, tiered pricing, and the weekly operations report. Then we rolled it out without halting the business.
